My Beloved Peony
One of the most sensual flowers with a delicious and soft petals, the peony has long been used in feng shui as a cure for love and romance.
To achieve a romantic and elegant style I played with warm, soft colour palette mixed with fresh breath of spring and touch of luxury, Surrounded by pastel colours peonies seem to be full of grace and charm.

The Mythical Fern Flower
My main aim was to design and produce a professional fabric for upholstery. I was inspired by my old chair found at a car boot sale. The chair was in poor condition so I wanted to renew it and give a breath of something new created by me. That's why I focused on designing
the right fabric for upholstery.
Some of us are familiar with the story of a magical fern flower which blooms for a very short time on the eve of the Summer solstice. The flower brings fortune and luck to person who finds it. My fabrics inspired by mentioned fern flower are a pencil drawing and they have been developed with Adobe Photoshop and then printed digitally.
I love the quality of pencil drawings!

My beginnings...
My interest in textiles was first aroused by embroidery and reading Richard Box's book. (what a great artist!) These things strongly influenced my artworks and hence I always relate to nature, floral designs and landscapes.
I think that textiles help me focus on natural world and by that I also start to understand the beauty of nature which surrounds me...
